In May, the Australia Country Manager was delighted to receive the “Deal of the Year 2022 – Enterprise’ award at the 2023 Ceridian Growth Summit for ANZ. The Ceridian Growth Summit was held at Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, Australia.

A big win for THinK Best Practice vying for this award against other Ceridian Partners. This award acknowledged the Orica Global deal, which was the largest deal in the history of Ceridian ANZ to date.

Accepting this award recognised the work involved in securing this deal to deliver a Global Payroll Transformation Project across five continents and 47 countries for over 12,500 employees. The partnership between THinK Best Practice, Ceridian and Deloitte will deliver a standardised, governed, and compliant solution for the client.
